Eventing: PUHINUI: 2010 CDI3* HORSE TRIALS GET UNDERWAY IN NEW ZEALAND

Lexington, KY - Endurance athlete Ceci Butler-Stasiuk has been named this year's recipient of the Maggy Price Endurance Excellence Trophy, sponsored by Gold Medal Farm and Larry and Valerie Kanavy.This award is given to the endurance athlete who earns the most points in selected Ranking Trials during the ride year.

What nobody expected in Hungary’s capital city happened today: Switzerland’s Werner Ulrich stayed ahead of top favourite Boyd Exell from Australia and won the FEI World Cup™ Driving competition in Budapest. Exell made two mistakes and came second, ahead of Ulrich’s compatriot Daniel Würgler. This was the second FEI World Cup™ Driving win in Ulrich’s 31 year long driving career. His first World Cup win came in Mechelen back in 2005.

Reining: FEI: Malmö to host inaugural FEI World Reining Finals in 2011

The FEI has announced today that Bökeberg, near Malmö (SWE), will host the inaugural FEI World Reining Finals in May 2011. Qualified riders will compete for the title of World Reining Champion at the Finals in Malmö, where $100,000 in prize money will be on offer.

Germany's Paul Schockemöhle will announce Tortilas new rider and home on Tuesday, November 30, 2010.  Schockemöhle, Germany's leading sport horse breeder and dealer, said that the announcement will be made with the mystery rider aboard the horse at Schockemöhle's Muhlen, Germany stallion station.

Finally --  Germany's Matthias Rath decides to come clean about Tortilas in an interview Rath gave to Swedish publication Tidningen Ridesport (in Swedish)  and reported by the online magazine Eurodressage.  Rath is currently in Stockholm to compete in the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle.

Three days before the official announcement, German WEG team rider Matthias Rath decided to come out and open up about riding, Totilas. In an interview with Tidningen Ridsport, Rath admitted that riding Totilas is "a real pleasure." Finally the news is official that Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff's stepson tried out the world record breaking stallion in an attempt to secure the future ride on the black stallion...   Read Entire Eurodressage article here...
