Harrisburg, Penn. - October 19, 2010 - Sandra Ferrell of Bernville, Penn. swept the competition aboard Showman, earning top honors as the Grand Green Hunter Champion. Showman is an 8-year-old Westphalian gelding owned by Krista and Alexa Weisman of Sherborn, Mass.

Harrisburg, Penn. - October 18, 2010 - It was a night to remember for Jill Wilson as she swept the competition and claimed blue ribbons in the hunters over fences, under saddle, and team events at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show Hunt Night sponsored by Kinsley Construction.

LEXINGTON, KY—In addition to an incredible host city and state, the world’s best athletes, and the friendliest volunteer workforce in the world, it took a lot to stage the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. Here’s a look at the 16 days of September 25 through October 10, by the numbers:

Jumping: Owners Club: Eric Lamaze named as Owner of the Year

For the second year running, Eric Lamaze and John Fleischhacker, joint-owners of the 14 year old bay stallion Hickstead, have been awarded the prestigious title of “Owner of the Year” by the Jumping Owners Club. Hickstead and Canadian rider Eric Lamaze continued their superb form to maintain their position as the most successful horse and rider combination in 2009.
