Dressage: World Cup: USEF Announces Two West Coast FEI World Cup Dressage Qualifying Competitions for 2011 By Leah Oliveto

The United States Equestrian Federation is pleased to introduce two new FEI World Cup Dressage qualifying competitions (CDI-Ws) to the 2011 calendar:

The Dressage Affaire CDI-W/Y/J will be held March 10-13 in Del Mar, CA. For complete information please visit http://www.dressageevents.com/.

Festival of the Horse CDI-W/Y/J will be held March 31-April 3 in Burbank, CA. For complete information please visit http://www.cornerstonedressage.com/.

Under the North American League World Cup rules, riders are required to have two starts in a CDI-W to qualify for the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage Finals. The top two percentages from the FEI Grand Prix Freestyle will be averaged to calculate the rider's final score. The two highest ranked horse/rider combinations from the North American League will be invited to attend the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage Finals, April 27-May 1, 2011 in Leipzig, Germany.
